This week, I had a unique chance to talk to Anja Schneider, Senior Vice President of SAP and Head of Customer Engagement & Adoption. Selected as Top 100 Women in Germany by Manager Magazin and Women in Tech 2023 by Forbes, Anja is an exceptional leader, member of supervisory and advisory boards, with more than 25 years of experience at SAP in the field of technology and customer innovation.

Eugene Soltes is a Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School where his work focuses on corporate integrity and risk management. His research utilizes data analytics to identify organizational cultures and compliance systems that can effectively prevent, detect, and respond to reputational and regulatory threats. Professor Soltes teaches graduate-level courses on regulatory environments and risk management, and was the recipient of the Charles M. Williams Award for outstanding teaching.

This week, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tamara Berben, an independent Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professional with over 18 years of international experience in Internal Control, Audit, and IT Governance. Her career spans both advisory at PwC and senior in-house leadership roles across the Netherlands, Germany, and broader Europe, giving her a strong combination of strategic insight and hands-on implementation expertise.
